I'm Seth. I launched Goldin Web after recognizing the need for reasonably priced, attractive yet functional websites in Palm Beach County.

For every project, I first sit down with you and discuss everything you are looking for in a website.
We create an outline of the user experience including fonts and colors, copy and image layouts. I will then help you decide whether to go from scratch or choose a framework template.
After we have determined the scope and scale of the project, I will quickly begin the development process. A general Goldin Web project includes ~30 hours of website design, population, and programming, as well as domain integration, basic SEO, and complementary hosting (with restrictions).
I generally charge one flat fee that varies slightly based on the scale and scope of the project. I require 50% upfront, with the other 50% payment following project completion to your satisfaction.
I pride myself on reasonable and affordable pricing for all my clients. Most of my projects have been completed for 2-10 times lower than the market average.
Unlike many other web development companies, I do not charge monthly recurring payments for support after finishing the website. If you need alterations or major changes in the future, I am always available at a flat hourly rate.
I build custom websites based on your unique needs, which includes the timline. I have completed some projects in under a month, and others in over half a year depending on the pace each particular client prefers.
After signing a contract, I work quickly and efficiently when producing your website. I usually take clients from concept to completion in 4-8 weeks.
While I have certainly made individual improvements or changes to existing websites (that I did not originally create), that is not a service I regularly provide. If you are interested, feel free to contact me as I generally approach these on a case-by-case basis.
I do not offer SEO-only plans beyond what I provide for the websites I develop. SEO is a tricky industry where it is often difficult to quantitatively measure the impact of my work on an hourly basis. For that reason, I will often forward these cases to SEO-specialists.
If you are one of my past clients, I am happy to make small updates or changes for you within a reasonable timeframe (with exceptions). Depending on the scope of the update, I may charge my hourly rate. Feel free to shoot me an email!
